How To Solve Problems When Your Partner Shuts Down At Signs Of Trouble

Every relationship has its ups and downs. Sometimes we end up in relationships with people who simply shut down at the very first sign of trouble because their idea of communicating is different from your idea of communicating. The first step is staying calm

Instead, when this happens, take a breather. If you've been with your partner long enough, then you probably already know that this is how they act when there are any signs of trouble.
